Kirtland Wellness Weekend (July 27-28, 2024)

Get ready for an action-packed weekend of health, fitness, and fun at the Kirtland WellnessWeekend!Featuring: Crooked River CrossFitAbout The Grind Competition:Saturday, July 27th: The adult Grind CrossFit competition with three divisions (Intermediate, Scaled, and Masters 40+).Sunday, July 28th: The teenager (14-18 years old) competition with four-person teams, mixed genders (2 male/2 female).Learn more about The Grind here.Register for the event here.Additional Activities:In addition to the CrossFit competitions, we will have numerous health & fitness vendors on-site.Plus, daily clinics and seminars, including: Proper weightlifting techniques with certified weightlifting coachesFamily Yoga EventInstructed Pre-competition stretchingRecovery booths for cold plunging and assisted stretchingPilates EventProper Nutrition classes for young peopleAnd several others...Call for Sponsors and Vendors:We are actively seeking sponsors and vendors to join us on-site on both days.
